Delivery Time Orders placed before 10 PM will be delivered the next day. We strive to hand over your order to PostNL as quickly as possible. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary depending on the order value and destination. For detailed information on shipping costs, please refer to our shipping cost section or contact our customer service team.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the PostNL website.

Order Pickup Orders cannot be picked up as we operate from a fulfillment center. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure quick and efficient delivery.
